These Terms govern your access to and use of the Ascent (Alpen Ventures) suite (Reach, Route, and Summit). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the actions of members you invite to your workspace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, disrupt its operation, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect according to your billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data while your account is active.

Availability & liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ascent (Alpen Ventures) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
